Mexico is one of our main destinations. The Yucatán combines Caribbean reefs with Maya history, colonial towns and one of the world's great food cultures.
We pair diving with Chichén Itzá and Tulum, the colourful streets of Valladolid and Mérida, food tours, and swims in the cenotes' still water. On the Pacific side, the Sea of Cortez adds sea lions and big-animal diving.

Best-known dive spots
Cozumel
Gentle drift dives along Palancar, Columbia and Santa Rosa walls, with turtles, eagle rays and splendid toadfish.
The cenotes
Dream Gate, Angelita, The Pit and Car Wash: freshwater caverns with light beams, haloclines and stalactites.
Playa del Carmen
Bull shark dives from November to March, plus easy reefs and wrecks.
Pacific & Sea of Cortez
Giant mantas at Socorro, sea lions at La Paz and hammerheads off Cabo, for experienced divers.

Conditions and sightings vary year to year. We plan each trip around the best window for what you want to see.
- Nov – MarBull shark season in Playa del Carmen; eagle rays in Cozumel from December.
- Jan – AprDry season with excellent visibility on reefs and in cenotes.
- Jun – SepWhale sharks off Isla Mujeres and Holbox (snorkelling).
- Nov – MaySocorro liveaboard season for giant mantas.
Cavern dives in the cenotes stay within daylight zones with a certified guide; full cave diving needs cave certification.
